Refund Policy

No refunds will be granted under any condition.
Credits will be granted under the following conditions:

Products allowed:
On-site courses you did not attend
Virtual courses you did not attend
Academy courses you did not attend

Once you attend a course, no credits will be awarded.

Products not allowed for refund or credit:

Videos you purchased
eBooks you purchased
Lab time you purchased

To qualify for a credit on creditable items, shown above, you must show proof of purchase, clearly showing the course date greater than 17 days in advance of the date of cancellation and credit request.

No credits will be granted on any digital product already received.

No credits will be granted on courses you have already attended.

If you purchased a bundle including courses and digital material, and it is prior to the 17 day cancellation/credit window, then only the portion of the purchase that has not been delivered to you will be credit to your account.

Use of ‘Credits’:

Once granted, your credits can be used for items.  When you are checking out, please use Training Credits that will alert the Admin Team to review your credits and apply them accordingly.
